Biography

Since 1991, I have been working in the fields of Color Doppler Ultrasonography and Interventional radiology. Since 2002, I have been applying radiofrequency and microwave treatments in liver tumors. In addition, in 2007, I started cryoablation and radiofrequency treatments in kidney tumors for the first time in our country. Since 2012, I have been applying the radiofrequency (RF) method, which provides treatment without the need for surgery in thyroid nodules, again for the first time in our country. I have also been performing ablation treatments in early stage thyroid papillary cancers since 2016.

In recent years, I have also started cryoablation treatment for early stage breast cancers and benign tumors of the breast (fibroadenoma), which also provides a non-surgical solution. All the methods I have listed are alternative and complementary methods to surgery, which have been applied in the USA, Europe and Far East countries in recent years. Most of them are performed under local anesthesia and without any incision.

I have given trainings on ablation treatments in Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Egypt. In recent years, I have given lectures as an invited speaker at international meetings held in European countries and Korea.
